How we work it out: a cautious count, with the machine doing tasks one at a time (in parallel it can do quite a lot more), 8 hours a day and 22 days a month, with electricity at €0.20 per kWh. “Measured speed” means it comes from real tests with the same AI; “estimated” means we work it out from public tests of similar machines. When the machine is a card inside a computer, the price is an estimate for the whole computer, adding up the parts. All the detail is in how it is worked out.
Why in your office
Invoices, contracts and emails stay on your computer. They are not sent to any outside company or used to train anything.
You pay for the machine and the electricity. If you process twice as much one month, there is no surprise bill.
The AI lives inside the machine. It does not depend on any outside service to do its job.
